General

What is NuvoraSync?

NuvoraSync is a trading journal and analytics workspace for MetaTrader users. It syncs trades, accounts and positions from MT4/MT5 and turns them into dashboards, analytics, reports and notifications.

Is NuvoraSync a broker?

No. NuvoraSync is not a broker and does not execute trades. It only analyzes and visualizes trading data that you connect or upload.

Does NuvoraSync give trading signals or investment advice?

No. NuvoraSync does not provide investment advice, trading signals, financial advice, portfolio management or broker services. All trading decisions remain your own responsibility.

Who is NuvoraSync for?

NuvoraSync is built for traders who use MT4 or MT5 and want automated trade journaling, EA analytics, custom dashboards, PDF reports and Telegram notifications.

MetaTrader AutoSync

Does NuvoraSync support MT4 and MT5?

Yes. NuvoraSync supports both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 through the NUVORA AutoSync Expert Advisor.

How does AutoSync work?

You download the MT4 or MT5 AutoSync EA, add it to MetaTrader, enable WebRequest for https://api.nuvora-app.com, paste your NUVORA API token and let the EA sync your trading data automatically.

Is the sync read-only?

Yes. NuvoraSync is designed for read-only analytics. It does not place, modify or close trades.

Do I need to enter my broker login?

No. You do not enter broker login credentials into NuvoraSync. The AutoSync EA sends trade and account data through your API token.

Why must I enable WebRequest in MetaTrader?

MetaTrader requires explicit permission before an EA can send data to an external URL. You allow WebRequest for https://api.nuvora-app.com so AutoSync can connect to NuvoraSync.

Does MT4 sync full history automatically?

MT4 can only sync the history loaded in the Account History tab. Before your first sync, right-click Account History and select All History so the EA can read the full available history.

How long does the first sync take?

The first sync can take several minutes depending on the amount of history and the number of trades. Metrics and dashboards update shortly after the trades arrive.

Accounts, trades and data

Can I connect multiple trading accounts?

Yes. You can connect multiple MT4/MT5 trading accounts and review them separately or together.

Can I filter by symbol, magic number or comment?

Yes. NuvoraSync supports filtering and analysis by account, symbol, magic number, comments and other trading fields where available.

Why can some values differ slightly from MetaTrader?

Small differences can occur due to broker time zones, sync timing or how MetaTrader reports commission and swap, especially when positions span multiple days.

Which date and time is used for daily P/L?

Trade analysis follows broker trade timing where relevant, while display time zones are used for user-facing scheduling and presentation.

Analytics and EA Analytics

What analytics are included?

NuvoraSync includes dashboards, trade history, open positions, time performance, daily/monthly/yearly P/L, symbol breakdowns and trade distribution views.

What is EA Analytics?

EA Analytics groups and compares automated strategies using magic numbers, comments and symbols, helping you review each Expert Advisor or strategy separately.

Can I compare multiple EAs?

Yes. EA comparison helps compare strategies with curves, P/L, trade counts, win/loss behavior and other performance views.

Can I use NuvoraSync for manual trading?

Yes. While NuvoraSync has strong EA analytics, it also works as a manual trading journal and analytics workspace.

PDF Reports and scheduling

What are PDF Reports?

PDF Reports are customizable weekly, monthly or yearly trading reports that can include charts, P/L calendars, trade tables, EA breakdowns and other sections.

Can reports be sent automatically?

Yes. Pro users can schedule reports to be generated and delivered automatically by email or Telegram at the selected time and day.

Do scheduled reports work if my browser is closed?

Yes. Scheduled reports are generated server-side through a cron job and do not require you to have the website open.

Which timezone is used for scheduled reports?

Scheduled reports use the configured user/report timezone, so delivery happens according to your selected local time.

Can I create reports manually?

Yes. You can generate reports manually and download them from report history.

Telegram notifications

What can Telegram notifications do?

Telegram notifications send customizable updates about your own connected MetaTrader account — such as your own trades opening or closing — and your scheduled report deliveries, directly to Telegram.

Are Telegram notifications trading signals?

No. Telegram notifications are only based on activity from your own connected MetaTrader account, such as your own position openings and closings. NuvoraSync does not send buy/sell signals, market recommendations, copy trading instructions or investment advice.

Are Telegram reports and account notifications the same bot?

No. NuvoraSync separates your account-activity notifications and report delivery into separate bot flows for clarity and reliability.

Can I customize Telegram messages?

Yes. The editor lets you choose message lines, order fields and apply formatting where supported.

Are Telegram features available on Free?

Telegram notifications are a Pro feature.

Backtesting

Can I upload backtest reports?

Yes. NuvoraSync supports MT5 Excel exports and basic MT4 Strategy Tester HTML reports for backtest analysis.

Which backtest format is recommended?

MT5 Excel exports are recommended for the most complete and reliable import. MT4 Strategy Tester HTML is supported for basic analysis, but some fields may be unavailable.

Are uploaded backtests saved?

Backtest reports can be saved and revisited according to the available plan features.

Free vs Pro and billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. NuvoraSync offers a Free plan with core trading journal and analytics access.

What does Pro include?

Pro includes faster sync, EA Analytics, Custom Dashboard and TV Mode, Telegram notifications, PDF Reports and scheduling, and additional premium features.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New users can start with a 30-day free Pro trial if eligible.

Can I use the trial multiple times?

Trials are intended for first-time Pro users. Returning users with a previous Pro subscription may be directed to a no-trial Pro checkout.

Who handles payments?

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation policy. Pro access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

Security and privacy

Is my trading data private?

Yes. Trading data is user-scoped and protected with authentication and database access rules. You can only access your own data.

Can other users see my trades?

No. User trading data is isolated, so other users cannot access your trades, accounts, reports or settings.

Does NuvoraSync store my broker password?

No. NuvoraSync does not need or store your broker login password.

What data is sent to Google Ads or Analytics?

Google tracking is consent-gated and does not receive trading data, account IDs, trade IDs, broker IDs, report contents, emails or raw P/L values.

Is Suggestions / Support public?

No. Suggestions / Support threads are private between you and the NuvoraSync admin team.

Troubleshooting

My account does not appear after installing AutoSync. What should I check?

Check that AutoTrading/Algo Trading is enabled, WebRequest allows https://api.nuvora-app.com, the correct API token is pasted into the EA and MetaTrader is connected.

Why is my first sync still processing?

Large account histories can take several minutes to sync and recalculate. The dashboard updates after trades and metrics are processed.

Why did my scheduled report not arrive?

Check that you are Pro, the report template is scheduled, email or Telegram delivery is configured, and the delivery time has passed in your selected timezone.

Why is a Telegram connection not working?

Make sure you started the correct NuvoraSync bot with the generated connection token and that Telegram delivery is enabled in your report or notification settings.

Why do I see different values between MT4/MT5 and NuvoraSync?

Differences are usually caused by timing, broker timezone, commission/swap handling or whether all history has been loaded and synced.
